Thinking of getting compact pc to replace desktop

I have an old pc and do not know if the current batch of compact all in one PCs are now more powerful. Are there still significant performance differences now or have those small ones become very powerful already?

I intend to do photoshop raw file processing, video editing, maybe light gaming.

I only have a desktop at the moment. I would like to get either Dell XPS 15 2in1 or HP Spectre 360 with the Vega GPU for my next laptop too. I know Dell is coming to SG in June. I wonder when HP's Spectre is coming to SG...
