If you google, you will read lots of negative report about propecia, for this drug not only destroy your manhood, there is a high chance of being affected with high grade cancer.
Some may say smoking can also cause cancer, why do some people still smoke ?
I agree. But end of the day, it's the one who doesn't heed advice suffer.

Presently, I'm using Kaminomoto & Biolyn serum.
Kaminomoto indeed help my hair to grow faster, but not more.
Read that Biolyn serum block DHT & promote hair growth. No side effect.
Hope both medication can benefit me.
Will update everyone if there's improvement on me.

Considering that propecia has undergone very extensive trials for many years, and a number of users being successful, I think you're reading too much into the "EVERYTHING CAUSES CANCER" part.

No, it doesn't destroy your manhood. It just lessens the sex drive, and even so, it's dependant on individual. That's why you see a bloody doctor for it and get regular checks, instead of delving in conspiracy theories.

manhood is not being destroyed. u r still a man. side effects is unlikely to occur for majority but for a small minority, the possible side effects include impotence (inability to have or maintain an erection), decreased libido (interest in sex), decreased volume of ejaculate (amount of semen). this possible side effects doesn't destroy manhood. u still can do 'it' every night.

In fact, i read alot and came across one study, that the use of finasteride has shown prevention of prostate cancer. and if this medicine causes cancer easily, it wont get FDA approval too.

with millions of men worldwide using even before u, u should be more assured, and so far i never came across any direct reports that someone got cancer because of using finasteride.

Just to share a piece of info about taking finasteride.

I read in a hairloss forum that taking finasteride in certain times of a day MIGHT be more effective.

Alot suggest that taking fin in the morning when u have just woke up is much more effective in inhibiting DHT since DHT is at its highest level at 7AM, from the studies. Guess that explains why we have erection when we woke up :s13:

This is pretty interesting. Able to provide more in depth info or links?

So far the talk here has focused more on individual , off-the-shelf products like Minoxidil & Revivogen..

Has anyone tried any of the Hair centre, e.g. Svenson ... any experiences to share??

I'm quite keen to try Svenson, which has a branch located at Parkway. It seems more promising than the likes of BJ101 & YN, but i hope to find out more first

Yes i'm intending to go... that's why i'm asking if anyone has experiences to share :s8:

heard abt them b4, they went onto CNA on TV b4 oso in Primetime Morning..

they're trichologist rather than dermatologist. they look professional n clean, using more of scientific method rather than using herbs like YN & BJ101

i'm oso keen to try, but they look expensive to me.. perhaps u can try n tell us ur experience?

i'll be willing making a trip to the Parkway outlet this weekend to check it out... my budget is around $2k. if it falls within my budget, i'll give it a shot...

Anyway, i still hope any users of Svenson or any other trichologist who happen read this thread can share their experiences , so at least i'll know what to expect ... It's not the money i'm afraid of losing, but rather the disappointment if it doesn't turn out well

bro, u can take fin now, as that might be the first best solution.. perhaps u can buy hair concealer to cover the balding area.

Even though fin might not be able to cure hairloss, but at the very least, it will delay the rate of hair dropping while waiting for the new hair process to be ready.

The last time i read is, hair multiplication is almost confirmed by sep of this year. that will be the last check on the effectiveness of the process. This treatment might be made available in year 2009 or 2010.

Don't be despair, stress might lead to increased hair loss too.

what does hair multiplication exactly??
grows ur donor hair so that you can implant it on the head or what? :s11:
