U took capsules that look similar to fish oil? 3 cap is quite a lot.

Yes before i took Saw Palmetto, after i finished peeing, i can feel that i still have pee in my bladder. It feels like it's "stuck" inside.

Now can fully expel the pee.

I believe this is due to too much testosterone which also links to hairloss.

I asked my dad (who is also bald) if he has this peeing problem and he also said he has the same feeling.

Yup take 3 tabs daily. It's not similar to fish oil. It is a transparent capsule with brown powder in it.
