hi,

really wondering, whats the common amount of hair drop during shower
thats deem normal? any idea?

i usually have about 5 to max 10 strands when i shower man .....
normal or on the path to hair problem..

ur only dropping max 10 strands of hair during showering? tat's better than normal! pengz.

we're supposed to drop 20 to max 100 strands of hair during washing. but i think dropping anything more than 50 strands would be depressing for most.

because i do feel that my hair has become much thin than before. not as thick.
im 25 this yr and the "thinning" came just since the past yr

did u change ur shampoo? maybe ur old shampoo helps to volumising ur hair or new shampoo tends to weight ur hair down abit too much so u thought ur thinning.

otherwise, maybe ur hair is falling pretty often ie when u comb ur hair using ur comb or even fingers or just by touching ur hair 1 or 2 strands will fall??

Found someone in singapore selling the solution for $155. Is it cheaper to get it from the web or maybe can find some pharmacies in JB selling it?

there are very little prove or feedback that 15% minoxidil work better than 5%. even if it does, it won't be much. you can simple use more 5% solution.

xandrox15 is know to be very greasy so you can only use it at night. it cost $95.65 USD including shipping. so getting it in singapore for $155 should be cheaper from your source.

for azelaic acid, it does not work. so save your money and just get the normal minoxidil.

Maybe its due to the shampoo. Best is try not to use off the shelf shampoo - buy from saloon and if u have dandruff, get a good dandruff shampoo from the saloon.

Next, know good way to wash your hair. Always do it in slow good circular motion for about a few minutes. After that wash your hair with cool water or water that is not too hot.

If using conditioner, use a bit will do. Apply on the tip of the hair by bringing ur head down. Next, wash away with water.

Do not comb ur hair when its wet. If possible, dun blow dry ur hair. Let it naturally be dry. Sometimes u don even have to comb ur hair, use ur fingertips (ensure no long finger nail and dirt on ur nail) wash ur hand and use ur fingertips to style ur hair.

of course, pay attention to ur diet and exercise also. Eat more fruits and drink more water.
Rem when using clay, wax or gel, try not to touch ur scalp. Just apply on the tips of the hair, of course the best is always wash ur hair then apply clay, wax or gel.

Tell the doc to check if you have MBP, if yes that you need a prescription for finasteride. And you are tight in budget and wish to get Proscar.

i went JB mypharmacy purposely today to get proscar.. guess wat.. they closed today for annual stocktaking!

i don't think malaysia pharmacy will deliver to singapore. you have to go get it yourself.

i think blurbird got his 2% nizoral shampoo at malaysia for about $15++

i order from inhousepharmacy too. their reputation is quite good. if you are thinking of getting from them, get generic proscar instead. it call fincar. you have a much higher chance of getting the real deal fincar then original proscar and it cheaper.

don't think you can get it from malaysia. it from india. if you can get it from there, it is dirt cheap. 10tab most likely will cost you a few dollars.

if you get it online, they jack up the price many fold. so best if you have friends that can help you to get some.

say the scalp has no prob wif 2% at all.
