i am using the regenepure DR once per day, not using the nourishing treatment shampoo with it. but one thing i notice is after washed, my hair becomes really very dry

Ah, ok that 's probably where the issue is. Per the instructions leaflet, the recommended use is
every other day only. This is because Regenepure DR contains ketoconazole, which is highly effective in reducing heavy shedding (which you have also noticed per your first post) but can be somewhat drying for some users. That is why the manufacturers/the brand Regenepure themselves recommend alternating it with the NT, which is a conditioning shampoo with a different formulation. The NT's formulation is less focused on reducing shedding and more focused on helping to achieve regrowth. That is why, as a combination, they would work well to treat common hair loss/premature balding problems.
