I went to Amy hair treatment, the shop is located near OneKM and i'm taking Isonotix B Complex.

this Amy hair treatment is like Bee Choo Origin right? i went for about 1 year i think it got worse, my hair seems lesser probably bcos the paste used when washed also remove alot of my hairs...

how much is the Isonotix B complex and where to get it?

thanks on the reccomendation for this dry shampoo, its actually the 1st time i heard got such products in the market if u never mention. But dunno got any side effects on the scalp or not if using it frequently...

No prob!

Lots of ladies use this. In fact it was my wife who brought it to my attention!

I feel if you don't rub it into your scalp it should be OK. No harm giving it a go. See if it works for you first.

I think Guardian also sells.

I went to see TCM and she said oily scalp is because ur digestive system is not good.

So whatever food u take in, the nutrients cannot be absorbed properly and thus it does not go to ur kidneys, which is related to your hair growth.

I saw her last time for cough and also asked abt hair loss. So she told me i had weak digestion and prescribed me some herbs and to avoid sweet food, chicken and eggs

After 2 weeks and following her advice, i can see my hair looks thicker (eve my wife also says so) and cannot really see my front scalp.

However after my cough had recovered, back to my old diet and hello hair loss again

I got oily scalp and thinning hair and tried all sorts of shampoos including those environmentally friendly mild shampoos from The Body Shop but the ones from The Body Shop made my hair fall out even more. At the end of the day, I think there is no real permanent solution short of a hair transplant :(

If budget, using talcum powder is similar to using dry shampoo. But be aware that too much will make hair look grey. '

Some dry shampoo also got black/brown power versions to lessen the grey effect.

If oily scalp, better not shampoo daily, that might trigger the hair to produce more oil.

Now I using Neutrogena T/Sal Scalp Build Up Therapeutic Shampoo, just started, not too bad.

Can't say if mine was the same, but I have oily scalp.. and what seemed to help it was a tar shampoo. Tried one called DHS Tar Shampoo that worked. Use it about 2 days a week, rest of the days I use a mild baby shampooo..

Thanks for the suggestion. Will give it a go if my current shampoo doesn't work out.

The challenge with trying shampoos is you need to give it at least a few months to see if it really works. Still on month 1 with my current Pura D'or shampoo. Label says gotta use it for 3 months at least :)

Hi all,

wish to get your opinions on my current combination for localised hair thinning problem. I got thinning at top of crown and M shape front receding hairline.

Using for morning:
Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo
Alpecin Caffeine Liquid

Using for night:
Random shampoo to wash off wax/spray
Pregaine Neutral hair shampoo (Pink bottle)
Growell 5% minoxidil

Anyone else has this kind of set up to win back your crown of glory?

Experienced Bros here, I need some advice.

I've seen many articles online how to block/reduce DHT from producing, however is there any write ups on how DHT is being removed/flushed out from our body naturally?

Tried seaching but not avil.

it work differently for every1. whether ur regmine works for u, it's best to take a pic of ur hair now and compare it 6 - 12 months later
