i like to share my experience . i did propecia for 1 year and monoxidil for 2 years. i must say the result is good. however, propecia had side effects on me . it was quite serious, not on my birdie but on my nervous system. thankfully, the issue stopped a few months i quit . i am going for hair transplant. sg is very expensive, the thai place is also very expensive because the doc is famous. so i am thinking of going india. i have done some homework, just working if anyone here has recommendation for hair transplant in india ?

Cutting back on sugary drinks does help reduce hair loss or thinning hair. Water is a great drink to aid in promoting the growth of thicker, fuller hair.
