Actually recently you can find these foam on lazada and shopee in those kind of plastic bottles instead of canisters, some even come with minoxidil + biotin. Just don't know if the ingredients are authentic as some are selling rather cheap, especially those for women use. I don't see why men cannot buy them as they are similar, 5% minoxidil, the only difference is women only need to use it once a day while men is twice daily.
