This accessory is not supported

Hi guys, would like to check with you guys my iPhone 5s can't charge as it always show this accessory may not be supported. Even after using the original USB cable from apple and purchasing new cable it shows the same error.

Is the phone battery spoilt or other probs causing it?

I also getting this error out of nowhere. Original cable and my portable charger's built in and not detachable lightning connector. Battery just won't go up at all.

Dropped by QCD and had them verified the issue was with my 5S not drawing any current through, a replacement set was given.
