Rip jaw ram 8gb kit
Gtx 960
Psu???
Evo 212 cooler

i5-4460 + AsRock H81M-HDS @333
Kingston DDR3-1600 1x8GB @61
Transcend SSD370S 256GB @118 (Lazada)
WD Blue 1TB @77
Zotac GTX960 @319
FSP Hexa Plus 450W @58
CM N200 @68

Total 1038
If you want to bring cost down, you either sacrifice two cores by going for i3, buy the HDD later on to add on, or getting a GTX950

Elite 130 is an itx case. U need a liw profile air cooler or aio. 212 evo won't fit.

Hmm I make a slight modification

can get a Hexa 550W power supply instead for additional 10 dollars, give you more room to change graphic card if you want in the future
