Anyone know of any good PC casing that can reduce dust or allowed me to place dust filters?

You just need to check the monitor use HDMI or DP can liao. if HDMI you need a DP to HDMI cable or adapter

If you asking for alternative parts recommendation then post programs you intend to run, unless you don't mind spending on the total of your current shopping list

The Phanteks has bad airflw

4 sticks of RAM doesn't work well, you're better off getting 2x16GB

Agreed, especially if you want to hit 3000 speed. Take a close look at the RAM compatibility lists put out by board manufacturers.

MD - Ryzen 7 1700X 3.6GHz 8-Core Processor (coz there's not notable difference to pay for the 1800X, save some cash for charity please)

NZXT - Kraken X52 Liquid CPU Cooler

Asus - CROSSHAIR VI HERO ATX AM4 Motherboard

G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (buy the C14 version from Amazon or Newegg. Local one is C16 version doesn't work very well with Ryzen)

Samsung - 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (not sure why you will need)

Samsung - 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (so many different ssd)

Samsung - 960 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (but whatever float your boats man)

EVGA - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB FTW3 / Asus Strix GTX 1080 Ti O11G (LET THERE BE RGB!)

Corsair Crystal 570X (since going RGB build, make them visible everywhere!!)

EVGA G3 850W (10 years warranty, really reliable PSU, since you have psu shroud for the above mentioned casing, no point for the mini rgb fan which you can't see anyway)

Asus - DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer (WHAT ABOMINATION IS THIS?! WE ARE IN 2017! GET AN EXTERNAL ONE INSTEAD PLEASE)

2x NZXT Aer 120mm fan 3 packs

NZXT HUE+ Advanced Lighting System (remember, more rgb lights. The more the merrier)

Lastly, I touch to top it up like a cherry on a martini, some Cablemod custom cables.

Sent from PM me if you wanna build a DIY PC or wanna learn how to make one yourself :D using GAGT

The 570X keeps slipping my mind. It's a darn good looking case, although temperature and airflow wise, which's better? S340 Elite or 570X?

S340 Elite better although only 2 in 2 out. If you can sacrifice the aesthetic and use gentle typhoon fans, it's great. I sacrifice performance a bit by using Corsair SP120 RGB for the nice ambience light the fan provide.

As for 570X airflow is not the best. As both the top and front is blocked by the glass. Gentle airflow is still fine (since Aer fan also not that strong anyway) but when you hit the system hard, don't expect to have good oc performance. This case is a bit like the Phanteks Evolve ATX, not friendly for airflow. So you won't be able to oc too much. Tested and verified with a 8 fan setup from a bro here which I believe I got post his 570X here before.

Does this apply to corsair as well? i was looking to get the vengeance lpx c16 3200 16gb on amazon...

sidetrack... is it normal for ram price to increase now? was 10usd less yesterday!
Corsair one got mixed reviews no matter C15 or C16 though. So it's a hit or miss. If miss, only can go up to 2666mhz. If hit, then can hit 2933 or even the full 3200mhz.

Regarding you sidetrack, I believe yesterday is still part of the opening sales from Amazon ba? That's why slightly cheaper and today went back normal. Anyway the prime now offer also fully redeemed.
