Just follow their plastic bag trick. Make patrons pay to use the kopishop toilet. Then either ppl don't use or lesser ppl use. So no or less ppl use means toilets won't be so dirty. after that declare toilet clean campaign successful and mass blast their accomplishment. Meanwhile ppl bring their pee pee elsewhere

can't find ppl to make kopi or labour cost too high or low biz volume ?

many didn't realise that Sg govt "outsource" public toilets to KPT operators.

in other countries, there r many public toilets built & maintained by govt, eg in China & HK.

in Sg, unless u r in parks, or hawker centres, where there r govt operated public toilets, the rest of time, ppl go to KPT for their convenience.


i saw HK public toilets come w double storey and also bathing facilities & a small office inside.

their cleanliness definite exceed our hawker centre's public toilets - no odour, dry & clean & FOC.

they have timing for bathing facilities, so no hanky panky there.
