I drank the thai milk tea at roadside stall before. Never see them pour so much condensed milk or sugar but still very sweet to me.

Thai drinks are known to be very sweet. If buy 1 cup can make into 2 cup by adding water and still sweet.

The video is another level though. I suspect it is becos of the big bag of ice cubes. Thus they make it even sweeter to account for the ice cube dilution of Sweetness
