Want to ask if this phone can use in SG with no issues?

The reviews online for this seems like very worth the money wor, or anyone got other recommendations? Buying phone for a friend, durable can play games and fast can liao!
Not an expert with phones, but the charger they provide I assume cannot be used in SG. So is it possible I just use a normal iPhone plug or any 3pin socket with usb to charge that phone?
