This rig was suggested by moneyface but is there anyway or is it wise enough to upgrade some of the parts ? My budget for the rig is $800 without os, keyboard and etc. I want to be able to play gw2 , csgo and etc on at least high- max settings of possible. Thanks !

CPU+MB: Intel Core i5-4460 + ASRock H81M-HDS @ $299
RAM: Crucial DDR3-1600 CL11 4GB @ $49
GPU: Palit GTX 660 2GB OC @ $170* (Lazada Singapore)
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB @ $68
PSU: FSP Hexa+ 450W [80 Plus] @ $59
CASE: Xigmatek Recon @ $45

Optional:
ODD: Samsung 24X CD/DVD Writer [OEM] @ $21

I think the only thing to upgrade will be to 8gb ram and maybe a ssd. But take note that will blow your budget by abit

an SSD will give you WAY better bang for the buck than upgrading to 8GB..

This is the scenario that you are facing?

Can turn on desktop, cpu fan running but no signal to the monitor?
If yes, remove the graphic card and connect the display cable to your motherboard's display connector.

If got display, there might be something wrong with your graphic card, possibly DOA.

Install your window OS...

Insert window OS installation disc into optical disc drive
Go bios and set optical disc drive as first to boot followed by hard disk driver.
Save the setting and restart.

After the bios screen, you will be prompted to press any key to run the window OS installation disc.
