I've know a few, build houses like hotels... 4-5 storeys with 20-30 rooms, leasing out and go back open garment factory

Some of them can fugging buy land in their home country on top of their big house and car.

Yes they can buy huge land after that, but they suffer for years away from their families , never see their kids grow up. This is their hand of cards.

Singaporeans can do this too actually, just work hard, save the money and migrate somewhere with cheap land - no need 3rd world country, Australia or Europe also can

But if the hand you are dealt with is being born in Singapore, and you want easy work and big land in Singapore, then it is not reality.
You are not accepting the hand of cards you are dealt
