Not related to telco plan if you are using sim only plans with no Contract.

If I'm on telco 2 years Contract, and if I'm using S23 Ultra， I'll get S25 Ultra.

telco plan has no bearing on phone choice

i would not be on a telco plan, mvno plans more value-for-money

i would not choose find x8 or s25u, personally do not need expensive phone
