Exactly the same experience at the Paragon outlet in 2021 😂 $40k pieces before Pepsi included in bundle… damn jialat 🤦🏻‍♂️

THG is “wait, be patient, apply already waiting for approval”
In your experience, what to expect for the “apply already waiting for approval”?

See your SA track record with you…

So far this Daytona is the pain in the S
Ah ok, cuz from my understanding, the watch comes in, there’s a process where the SAs fight for the watches and it is during this process that they “apply”, which means that the approval is like a day or 2 at most. But if they use “apply” loosely then it probably isn’t meaningful

Ur half correct. The SAs don’t fight. The customer profiles “fight”

But it also depends on whether the SA wants to prioritise you right? It’s not an entirely objective spend=allocation thing?

There’s a queue in the past where they keep a physical list. It all depends if the boutique manager still keeps track. Then they submit up accordingly.. normally they submit a few names for each allocation. Up to management to approve based on profile and what has been collected by the customer, to maintain fairness

Thg ask you buy crap. Then wait.

Cortina is ask you what you wanna buy then see can get the piece you want. If you agree. You get it 1 shot, all the pieces together. The bundle criteria might be higher but it's a guaranteed. That's when I still buy from them in 2021. Now not sure if they still practice that.
Yes, they still practice that. I had connsulted like last week (routine catch* up).

It is still the same; Rolexes like DJ, you will need to show your interest and then wait for the stock to come but maybe for the less slotted models.
As for “more demand” DJ or sports models like green, DS, GMT II, Green sub etc, you will need to buy a bundle; say FM? Buy their in-house brand to support and perhaps they can help you to Allocate. But it is better to buy as a “bundle” so that you will get all at one shot (💸 at one shot too).

As then for the highest demand models like Kelvin bro’s panda/Godzilla, spend a lot more…

was seeking one of the AD in paragon but it is getting me nowhere. I went Raffles city and try another AD and so far so good.. although I prefer another AD but she had transferred out to a sole distributor.

I didn’t ask for PP. For me, let me get the Rolexes first.

Is not that I do not want PP. In my point of view, I would prefer to ask when I am ready to get. If I keep asking but in the end I didn’t purchase, the AD might feel that I am not serious and they will not be pro actively seeking their management for approval when the time comes.. Hence One step at a time for me bro..

If I have tons of 💵, then that is a different story.. 😂😂

but I think, if I want the aquanaut or nautilus, it has to be strictly PP bundle. If you have a good profile (like FM for C & Hubolt for THG), that will help you in attaining / easier for AD to put into good words / easier referral (again my point of view) bah? Unless I am quite reputable or the owner is my uncle? 😂😂

same as our real life work experiences; you may land a job if you have a good working experience / good referral from your bosses. But if you have 💵, you can work your way up easier? HAHAHHAHA
Just a nonsense illustration…

The system has evolved and rapidly changing until I also got confused and not sure how it actually works. This is what I understand to be the current system as well. But sometimes I thought I grasp how it works and then only to be surprised later that my understanding maybe only half correct. Haha

Usually there’s an indication what stocks are coming in - SAs “fight” for it / seek approval or whatever

“Unsold” stocks due to whatever reason - seek approval to sell

Yesterday my cousin walked in and got a 31mm SS DJ blue dial… our SA said something about slotting her in with his phone before swiping her card 🤷🏻‍♂️

Do ADs take overall spending into account when allocating watches like batman?

I gotten one sport model previously after some spending (a few watches), and when I enquired on the batman, AD said maybe need get 1 more piece of non sports model/other brands before I can try for the batman.

Seems like they reset once you have been allocated a sports model.

Which AD is this? What were the models and which was the sport model? Heard that in some ADs it resets while in others all purchases count. But always evolving the criteria
