Time Place is the AD at MBS. So much have been said by the bros here and many will tell you they are haughty and ask you not to bother starting anything with them. They have the worse Google review ratings of any Rolex AD in Singapore I think
I was at Time Place last night and my friend introduced his SA to me. He is quite a nice and friendly manager. I observed and my friend is quite impressed with his service. Maybe 新官上任 lol..

Wah, good change it seems.
Anyway not sure if you are into the MBS Sands Rewards membrship thingy. They just revamped the membership rules. If members want to keep Prestige membership or move to Elite, there is certain spending required. While Rolex boutiques and a few brand luxury boutiques doesn’t participate in the 3% rebates program, customer can still accumulate spending at non-rebates participating outlets just by bringing invoices to the customer service concierge to clock your spending. So there is additional benefit if you do buy your Rolex at Time Place.

Haha, come to think of it, it is quite funny. Maybe it is 人缘 / heng sway;

some enquirer from THG had gotten a mixture of poor and good SA.

Same for those who enquired from C & Time Place (and maybe those from another dealer).

this world is full of surprises

Actually more or less expected...since she was the one who suggest I can text her on 26 April, I would do so lo. It’s ok to tell me nothing in April for me, I will understand.

ya, like what the bros here mentioned. She just came back and she has her pool of royal customers (including you) to reply/follow up. Also, hot models that were planned for allocation could have been snapped up by the time she returns.

I think it could be a good news for her / you because she “missed” the April request and I hope that she has the priority to choose / request your watch in the next month. & it is your birthday month correct? That shall be a double / better chances for you buddy (increase in magic luck by 50% if you guys play Diablo or other online platform)

WP is very disgusting. They bundle classic Tudors models size that is less than 30mm and expect you to take it with gratitude. Sports Tudors will not be counting towards bundling or profile as they claim BB range is highly sought after.
For interested Tudor sports buyers, they demand a deposit and waiting time can be up to 6 months.
Irony part is when u placed the deposit for the Tudor newly released models that is selling above list on secondary market; by the time yr Tudor allocation come after 6 to 9 months; that particular model is selling way below list on market already.
Take the recent BB GMT Pro, Pelagos 39…..

Really make no sense to collect your allocation to pay the remaining balance payment when the market is far below list.

Oh I see. I thought u meant WP. For WP, heard someone bought a bb58 after placing deposit and waiting 6 months. But that didn’t count towards profile and bundling

Wow, I just checked and true that Rolex MBS still has the 3% rebate. I’m surprised when brands like LV, Chanel, Bvlgari, Cartier, VC, Apple all do not participate In the 3% rebates program and Rolex has.

It’s ok, I do not hold the expectation that allocation for me will come in April. It’s only I find that she is a bit acting differently this time round. If it comes in May, all the better it is for me. Haha

Hai.. if the purpose of buying these watches is to flip, then the flipper will sell at a loss lor..

If the buyer is really interested in collecting and wear it / like it, they will not care about the price.

there is also a minority where they are serious collectors and do not mind paying at the normal price / launch price because it is a “first hand” watch. There could be watches selling below price 6-9 months down the road and indicate as “brand new / mint” conditions but they are counted as preown watches….

So anyway, hope everyone is able to get their allocations!
