Hi,

I brought my Sub to Rolex centre as i thought the power reserve was 44hours or so but mine could only reach up to 30 hours so i brought it to there and the staff told me that Rolex subs could go til 36 hours max only. I told them abt other users getting 40+ hours of reserve and they claimed that it varies from products to products. In fact, the lady told me that Rolex only claim their Sub to have a power reserve of 36 hours only.

Also they helped me check my Sub and said that it was running slow at 2 secs a day so they helped me to regulate it. The lady also mentioned that winding the watch abt twice weekly is recommended.

Brought my mum's datejust to service also as it has nt been serviced for 10+ yrs. Costs about $300+ for the movement servicing and replacement of crown. She said that all servicing starts from $300 and will take abt 2 wks.

Hope the above info is useful to u guys.

DUn tink can be so precise as to exact. Maybe only quartz watches can do that. Ya, under warranty is free but she din even ask to see my warranty.

i believe the method to check is to set ur watch to the exact timing of an atomic clock and at
the end of the day, verify how much it differs from the atomic clock(internet).

cheapest place to buy Rolex watches - Cophenhagen.

So if you have any friends going there for holiday/work etc, can ask them to check out the price for you.

My friend bought his Daytona edition there, saved almost $900 compared to Singapore. They also cleaned all our Rolex watches F.O.C. without question. Polished it till it gleamed, and removed the scratches from the glass face, like brand new after that....
