If you don’t care about value retention, buy the watch that you like.

If maximizing the value of the watch in future is of concern, buy the steel watch.

Will definitely go for root beer. Paying 23k for a pepsi is crazy. Almost 2 times the retail price although hard to obtain one. Don't be a carrot head. Think twice before buying

batman now need to queue for how long?

i believe that the queue from authorise dealers are trick to maintain the shortage of demand.

i went to 1 , asked about sunburst. he said waiting time is xxx. less than 4 days later he called to say that i can purchase if im keen.

Anything “sunburst” is not a Batman.

Gold Rolex’s are much easier to get.

I will never buy above retail for a Rolex. It's not like if one dont have the watch, will die. Dont be a carrot head!

Thanks guys for all the inputs...
Actually, just back from Lucerne (Bucherer) n managed to grab a SD43 at retail price and slightly cheaper after 7.7% VAT rebate..
Still got 2 tone subs (black n blue) n frds(4x) all koped on the spot..
That Shop really got the most Rolex of all places I been to..
DJ 36/41 galore.. no blue dial though for 41..
However, the PEPSI still gets me intrigued every time I look at it😅😅
Think will wait it out at the moment as I dun like carrot😅...

Good choice. Was contemplating between SD43 and Half gold Sub black, both are lovely to me. End up I bought the Sub which is my first choice. Never regretted since.
