go all the shops and ask... cant tell u which shop.. cause some shops they got few pcs of what u want and they try to clear fast... some left last pc they try to sell higher.... must see the sales associate also... my advice is u prepare the cash.. let them give u a price pay with CC.. then u tell them u pay by cash they usually will give more discount.. u have to judge yr CC rebates more worth or pay by cash more worth. The highest discount i can get is abt 18 to 20%.. usually shop 13 to 15%.. Take note when they give u higher discount then norm the receipt they dun put model and serial number of the watch. but its ok cause rolex base warranty on their warranty card.

u buy from reputable shops no problem one.. u will worry the watch is fake more then a plastic card... if u really really want to save money get from grey seller... usually they sell rolex sports models... i just got the submariner half gold at 12k++ from grey seller... rolex RPP is 17.5k shop best give me abt 14.9k see how much saving i got... deal with the grey seller at rolex service center... sent in for authentication.. price $107 and know the watch is real and happy abt the hugh saving if interested in grey seller can go SWX and SGROC forum and search.. some grey seller sell a particular model more ex or more cheap then the others.

Sport 5~10% depending in model
DJ 15%
TT or FG 15~20%

local AD mainly near Orchard, Chinatown, Cityhall area. find 1 day free go shop around see which AD got the model you looking for and give the most discount.

if you really want save money and get the best price then internet grey sellers is the way to go.
