this year maybe will buy a cheap Casio for christmas.
using the money to go for vietnam cum Korea ski holiday in December.
Already i have the Unholy Trinity of Swiss Horology.......in no hurry to acquire another....maybe in CNY15 when I get my bonus n 13th month....will get one.....dont worry....I will GPGT when I do buy one.

is it normal for the price diff to be that huge??

Depends, from what i studied.

If you buy from A.D, the card will stamp overseas dealer.
Pawn shop see already also eat u and buy back cheap.
Open market also cheaper, if not less buyers willing to take up overseas units.

In my opinion, just buy from THG. The interest free installment was a good deal imo, not sure still have. From what i compared, Takashimya has more collection which is important cause can see side by side better, can ask for discount too.

Swiss francs increased 40% few days ago, not sure the prices went up. Theorically yes.
Those who are looking for one, better buy immediately

price reduced to 7.9k for a few months already but havent sold.
yet the RRP is 10.7k before discount.

I don't know what is the big deal.about.rolex watches..yeah they retain their value and can last for generations with proper care but i really think that most people get rolex simply as an item to show their status/success without knowing anything about.watches.

I have a friend who wears a rolex because all his colleages wear panarai or rolex in.a.call centre. He doesn't know about the diff between automatic/mechanical watches...probably his choice or rolex wqtch is just...he only knows about this watch.

2 years ago i buy from them 1989 half gold diamond dial daytona.
