Thread reported but no action done?

Dear HWZ administrators:

It's kind of contradicting, when someone didn't violate
either your rules or someone's rule you took actions
like ban him/her or even removed his thread.

Threads like this which I have reported but no
actions has been done:

I have explained everything here that member Jadele promise
to make an appointment with me in the given time
but she failed to keep her promise.
Hence I reported as scam as I wasted my time waiting for her call.
