When YWL discovered it. He can only lan lan follow her instructions.

YWL managed to get hold of the last coin.
YaoZong stole the coin and gave it to YWL without the family knowledge.

xiao long was saved before YWL got his hands on the last coin.

Anna was in great pain and at risk of a miscarriage. Hence, Xiao Long managed to convince Anna to cut the cable tie and Xiao Long subsequently freed himself. He got help for Anna.

The next scene shows Anna in the hospital and YWL got exposed.
