Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI

I have a laptop that has a HDMI port and a Thunderbolt 3 USB C.
The hdmi is connected to monitor A . For monitor B , there are only display and hdmi ports.
where to buy a cable for thunderbolt usb C to hdmi ?

The setup is to for the Laptop to use both monitors in extended mode
