I got it detected, working for 1-2hours?

Suddenly link is always down. I have tried different switch, different port, still shown as down.
But on switch, it says both ends connected (got light). I remove the connection, now not even detected

Just got the thunderbolt adapter from challenger 1 day ago. Got chance spoil, or any configuration issue with mac? Can go any challenger to 1 for 1 exchange?

Cheers

Unplug your thunderbolt adapter. Restart the router.

System Preferences > Network
Use the - button in the lower left corner to delete your Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter.

Now plug your thunderbolt adapter back in and use the + button to add "Ethernet Thunderbolt" to your list of connections. Move it back up in the order of network preference you want.

Your network access should now be reset.
Now try again.

Hmm, I'm puzzled as well.
Call up AppleCare and explain.
See what solution they are able to provide.
