I was on the way to Tradepac a few days ago. I overheard the boss talking on his mobile at the lift lobby area discussing the sale of his shop.

Since Jover Chew's incident, SLS is not looking good. Looks like one of the old names will go down in history soon

I dunno how large the tradepac shopspace is, but you see SLS units for sale, between 1-3 mil. Even if business is good, maybe tired liao, sell and shake leg also an option.

Survival of the fittest.. notice how Cybermind, Videopro, Bizgram are now taking to their stocks to Q00, lazada etc.. so it's hard to just judge based on people who visit SLS...

There are still "black sheeps" on the 1st 2nd floor shops..they are still corrupting SLS. Why in the world are these shops even allowed to operate even after Jover Chew incident.

Boss start taking stock from PCT liao. When i went to PCT recently to collect rig parts, saw him asking YiLong whether PCT has stock for certain motherboard models.

Selling the shop spaces in various floors.
Cashing in $$$.
Better than selling pc parts.

Once sold all the shops, roll down the shutter & fly off.
No need pay the Distros.

Distros losses will add into the stocks prices.
