Hi, i am looking for a software to keep track of my work, its the same as IT support ticket.
exp; A computer got problem, i will note down this problem with troubleshooting solution on this software, as times goes, there will be alot of notes, so i need a software to take care of that when i need to go back and check some computer repair history.
can anyone recommend me some program?
