You should be able to log in with your flight reference number and print out a copy of the flight confirmation.

Not for Tiger Air. Plus web check-in is only available for SG passport holders. Incredibly bureaucratic ?$&@!

Booked a flight to send my domestic helper back tomorrow night, but Tiger Air did not send me a copy of the itinerary. I saved down the web confirmation, but it says only the PDF itinerary is acceptable for check-in.

Called the call centre this morning and was attended to by a Pinoy, who said he'll resend the itinerary, even gave him an alternative email.

Anyone encountered this issue? If i go to the airport can they issue a printed itinerary?

I've encountered the same issue. The PDF itinerary was sent to my junk/spam folder. Not sure why. But do check your junk mail folder .

Not sure what you mean. I have booked tiger airway before and I went to their website and type in my refence number and name and it immediately shows me the itinerary.

Just go to manage my bookings and type in name and reference number. It would retrieve the booking for you. You can save it in pdf and show it on your phone to the counter staff or print it out.

I have the same problem. Booked a flight over the weekend and have yet to receive the itinerary in my mail. Checked junk mail folder and nothing there either. Luckily I saved a copy of the confirmation just in case.

Hi guys, just a quick question. For the Tiger web check in, I suppose there is no option to select available seats manually? Or the system will just allocate seats if I am traveling in 2?

Will the system allocate the 2 pax separately or should I just go earlier and check in at the normal counter?

Thanks in advance

There is certainly no option to select seats unless you are willing to pay for them. The system will always attempt to put people together, though you should be reasonably early for that.
