The new model last year or so the flap too long. Always get caught in zipper.

Now many other brands in the market. Go reddit or youtube nobody talks about timbuk... all talk about alpaka, aer, tomtoc, bellroy, and even some china brands like toshi

I got a timbuk2 sling bag. Can't rmb when I got it, but I've been using it as my main bag for at least 5 years. Perfect condition.

Messenger bag series is good. But can't say the same for the laptop sling bag.

Feel people always compare it with crumpler but I found timbuk2 to be superior. More durable and holds it shape better when sparsely filled.

My first job I frequently carried 2 to 3 laptops and entire ream of paper. Shoulder strap and buckles no issue at all. Only stopped using it because I was robbed of it in KL.
