I would like to seek all the experts opinions on what i should change to?

Uses for my rig....

Youtube, ms office and to game a little( overwatch and most prob COD black ops 3 (when its out)

So i would like to seek your opinion.... on the rig that i should get...

I am thinking of getting


ryzen 2200g or 2400g

the smallest case that most probably can fit 4 HDD. (something small please)


Do i need a gfx? or can i use onboard?

and value rams.

What kind of form factor are you looking at? mATX?

I assume your 4 HDDs are old small capacity ones. You might wish to consider replacing them with a single large capacity HDD to save on space (since you want a small casing) and also lessen the risk of HDD failure.

You may probably want to consolidate all into 1x4TB HDD instead of keeping 4x1TB. Less power consumption + new drive (less chance of failure). Then wipe the 4 drives and sell to karang guni

Most casings at the most can take 2x 3.5 inch drives

My suggestion is that using Fractal Design Focus Mini G, occupy the dedicated 2x 3.5" bay and the 2x 5.25" with some 3.5" to 5.25" brackets. You still have an additional dedicated 2.5" slot at the back of the chassis next to the PSU. This way you can still add a SATA SSD if you wanted to.

However, the only MATX board I know of with 6x SATA3 ports is Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming 3. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You can still opt for other MATX boards which come with standard 4x SATA3 ports, but the condition is your SSD need to be of M.2 form factor.

Hmmm... might be a good idea too. some of the HDD have been with me for as long as the system! LOL!
