Time To Upgrade PC?

Hi Guys

My PC suddenly has loud weird fan noise, not sure whats wrong but i think its telling me its time for an upgrade :s13: alot of times it auto resets for no reason and doesnt connect to the tv unless i do a hard reset on the pc

please let me know if you have any suggestions, budget below $1k, i dont game much on my pc now and its permanently connected to my UHD TV monitor

also please recommend a shop where i can trust, used to do with pc themes, not sure if they are still good

Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.1GHz 3.30 GHz, 8GB Ram
Baseboard Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co.Ltd
Graphic Card: nvidia GeForce GTX 960

could be your pc fan got issue, try locate the pc fan which give you the sound trouble and swap it out with a new one.

no point upgrading your other component if you are not gaming.

Hello! Does it reset and then turn into a jet trying to take off?? Fans roar super loud but it doesn't really start?

If that's the case, it's probably due to a power supply fault.

Funny thing
After i submitted the 1st thread, the loud fan noise stopped
Its back to normal now
It knows i want to replace it haha

if the fan nose is bothering u then juz clean/replace the fan lar
no need replace whole rig unless u really need it for gaming or whatever
