Something wrong with the forum time settings? Some posts seems to be in the wrong order

2. look at the number of seconds before posting. It shows 60, 90, etc which is not the same as the actual number of seconds in the timer

I can confirm that there is a issue with posts orders within a thread.
Some posts which are submitted later will sometimes get mixed up with posts which were earlier in the thread. here's a good example.

Stupid Idiot was the thread starter.
However due to this bug, my post was piled on top of hers.
