Timing of App updates

Anyone happens to see a pattern as to when Apple pushes updates for apps?
Restricted to weekdays? Mornings or could be anytime?

For starters, I realised that the DBS Banking app update at around 4pm+ today. Odd. Normally updates were mornings.

Depends on the developer.
As for when your iPhone fetches the app updates.
When it's on WiFi (or cellular if you explicitly allow it)

I have noticed that most of the app updates usually occur around after 10pm on weekdays to the next day 6-8am. Probably won't see much updates on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yup, same as what I noticed with the exception of the DBS Banking app that popped up at 4pm yesterday.
