After the latest update, I was put off by the multiplayer selection screen.

I cannot just play on Attrition anymore.

It always ask me to select the game modes for Mixtape. Huh?



Very confusing...

It's Mixtape by default. Just de-select those that you do not wish to participate, and Mixtape will remember that the next time you login.

I set to Attrition and Live Fire.

Live Fire is intense. 5 round of wins for the team (6v6) wins the overall victory. No re-spawn till the next round. Map is smaller. Win by killing all enemy pilots, team has more pilots alive or CTF if same number of pilots on both sides. Shorter range weapons works better.

But finding matches seem to be longer now. Really need more players.

Before the patch, i could rarely find matches other than Attrition. Post-patch, i can play Amped Hardpoint and other modes. But I seem to be playing in overseas servers because of high pings 200.

My biggest gripe with this game now is even if I select SG servers, I'm unsure whether I'm really playing in SG server because the Azure cloud system switch around. Why my ping in game is 100 when I select SG server showing 5ms? Why playing with Japanese and Korean players?

Respawn should patch the game banning out of region multiplayer players via IP address. Restrict players to home country servers if available or nearest.

How do you select the SG servers?

Don't move in a straight line down, and keep on moving. I have problem shooting pilots unless they are moving across my screen. In which case, jumping make it harder to shoot too.

Btw, they nerfed Devotion so it's harder to kill pilots now.

Snipers from high above (boomtown,homestead) irritates me too.

The tower! The bloody tower. I forgot which map. There is a radio tower which a sniper can hide on top if he has a grappling hook. I always blast that area with my Titan just in case.

Same. Start with SG servers, but during/after game it's 100-200ms.

Noticable lags at times as well.

The tower! The bloody tower. I forgot which map. There is a radio tower which a sniper can hide on top if he has a grappling hook. I always blast that area with my Titan just in case.

I think Boomtown has a rather big tower that is not exposed. Inside it, the sniper jumps, hover and shoot. Damn hard to get him even though I know the sniper is there.. He's good though cos he has like a second to aim and shoot.

I have played 2 rounds of Live Fire and I don't really like this new game mode.

I still think this mode is for elite and skilled players. Not for noobs like me.

It is a place for these people to challenge their skills against one another. Who is the fastest? Who can aim/kill an opponent in mid-air swiftly?

More tactical and exciting than Attrition.

200 - 400 ping everyday, every match is a blardy joke at best.

Really? I haven't play Titanfall 2 since Mass Effect: Andromeda came out.

If I am correct, all the DLCs are free and Respawn does not believe in online micro-transactions in order to become more powerful. Unlike the Call of Duty franchise.

You just pay for cosmetics and not game-changing performances.
