I've never encountered one which has the internal screen cracked. All broken iphones that I saw are with External screen cracked. Some could even work with the broken screen.

Counter staffs stated its due to pressure, but how can one pressure be soo0o high that it'll break internal screen but no scratches / damages in the exterior??

Screen crack is very hard to determine either is factory hardware issue or careless.. They do not exchange for u just bcos one reason: 99% of screen crack is due to careless and user problem lo...
