To build or not to build?

I was thinking of getting a DIY gaming pc with 1.2k budget

no need hdd; no need OS (Wins8)

I have some queries, seeing some people say wait for Haswell release? what's your say?

also why most people build with Wins7 and not Wins8??

u need the rig urgently? if not can wait for Haswell IMO.

i personally feel that if not using touch screen, win 8 is kinda weird to use.

hi, personally not very urgent, still looking around.

wins8 touch screen but can switch to the non touch screen mode right?

haha..now that i have wins8, i guess i have to just get used to it as well

if u got something to use and not urgent for new rig i think can just wait.

hmmm as for win 8, i think is personal preference ba. if u have it already den maybe can jus go ahead with it.

Next version of Windows would also be using the modern UI, better get used to it first.
