To upgrade or not?

hi all, gonna collect my keys very soon. Was thinking since new house, why not new pc as well. On practicality side, I don't play modern games(hearthstone, d3 etc) much so getting a high end pc is not cost efficient at all. If i am to upgrade I'll most likely go for a mid range gfx card to cover myself for the next 1 year or so.

Any recommendations on parts upgrade? Have already upgraded my ssd to evo250. Am thinking of h100i for WC novelty, a full modular psu(how is it different from semi modulr) and maybe more ram. Pc specs here >>>
