Reservation period: 11/16-12/31

*You can book a car at most 180 days ahead of pick-up day
*Compensation coverage and TAS are included.
At most 200,000yen would be coverd in case of an accident.
*Car rental fee is setelled in advance so you don't have to pay at an outlet.
*No penalty is charged for cancellation before 7 days ahead of time.
You would be fully refunded.

<ATTENTION>***Must read ****
Please note the following instructions, since the reservation form is spesialized for distributer.
*"Please fill in e-mail address of a sole agent" is shown right under "e-mail" colomn, but plese put in your own e-maqil address there.
*"Please fill in 「109」 in case that the customer's drivers license number is
unidentified" is shown right under "Driver's license", but plese put in your own drivers' liocense number there.
