normal practice ish sun ph then following mon ish holiday... if sat ph then gib off in lieu... but also depends on chiur coy...

from nao till oct no more holiday... all holidays in weekend... predict there ish will hab a lot of such questions until then...

Should not be for company to not give Off-in-lieu of Saturdays PH, because SG gives 11 days Public Holidays in the year by our Ministry of Labour, good for new citizens to know. But companies cannot give all staff in one day like Monday though, imagine this company mostly Ah JHKs Malaysians, all do not want to come back to work on Monday!

huh, you will be compensated according to your rank , if you are scheduled by shift to work. Give off - day on any other day also need to see Team Absences, no?
