to be fair, this hot seat was being parachute into his face after tat iswaran kenna investigated ..

All these erp simply go was plan long ago during iswaran time.. he was simply the scape goat to be in tp ministry incurring people wrath

But still no excuse lah. Those projects goes live under him he must approve then can one. Mean his homework not well done
