Nope. Is breakfast they served about 2 hours before landing. Around 7am

For limousine bus, were you able to take one that stops near a place of your choice, eg near your hotel?

My hotel is in shinjuku . I want to get the tickets from Klook. The website says destination is Downtown Tokyo , but there is a list of destinations that include shinjuku area hotels, so I am wondering if using the Klook voucher, I will be able to board any bus to goes to downtown Tokyo..
