Dear all,

I intent to do my Tokyo and Mount Fuji trips for 3 days.

Is it enough to cover the whole trip?

My planning as followed:

1. Saturday morning 6am take bus from Shinjuku to Lake Kawaguchiko. Spend half days there taking photo shoot and lunch. After that go back to Tokyo to visit Shinjuku attraction.

2. Sunday and Monday will cover major part of Tokyo attraction. Most probably I just 'touch and go' type. Take photo of the building or garden.

Please advise.

any reason for having only 3 days? even if u are ok with touch-and-go, I feel it is still going to be very tiring to rush from place to place with little time to enjoy the place.

jeast mt fuji round trip tickets worth it?

I have spent 3 days in mt fuji during previous trip. This time im going again to take pics in the autumn landscape.

Mt. Fuji Round Trip Ticket | Fares & Passes | JR-EAST

Available from jul to nov only. 5600y. Also cover unlimited bus rides between kawaguchiko n 5th station.

As I will move around for about half a day this time, will taking the highway bus 1750y per way departing from shinjuku; arriving at kawaguchiko n vice versa suffice instead? And paying other bus rides with suica possible?

Im joining this 2hr free autumn hiking tour also organised by jreast. Intend to venture out after it ends. Hence half a day.

Hi All,

I need some advice.
I intend to travel to hakone then to mt fuji, but upon checking the itinerary found it hard to achieve.
Initially i am looking at going from Shinjuku by rail to Hakone for 2 days then depart to mt fuji kawaguchiko. But its seems that the route is a pretty hassle. Seems like advisable to stick to one.
Which is more advisable as both can see mt fuji but of kawaguchiko is nearer as at the foothill only.

Thanks.

This is because before 3 days trips, I have already in Japan for my training (about one week) so i extend 3 days just to have some point of attraction visiting and then back to Singapore.
