Hi everyone.
1st family trip to Japan. Generally prefer nature/outdoors and little bit of shopping. Slow and easy. That's why reach Tokyo look see a few days before going up to Hokkaido.
Intending to buy the flexible 6 days JR East-South Hokkaido Rail Pass. Public tpt. Not driving.
Pls comment on my itinerary if it is doable. Thank you.

Day 1
- reach Tokyo late afternoon. Check in accommodation.

Day 2
- Disney Seas

Day 3
- Day trip to Mt Fuji-Hakone.
Should i buy the Hakone free pass and roam Hakone or should i do the day bus tour to the Mt Fuji 8 ponds/Hakone pirate ship.

Day 4
- Shinkansen to Hakodate
- Check in to accommodation in Hakodate.
- Leisure walk Hakodate Meijikan/Mt Hakodate ropeway

Day 5
- Another day in Hakodate. Morning Market, Goryokakku, cape tachimachi

Day 6
- Day trip to Onuma Quasi national Park

Day 7
- Jr Super Hokotu to Sapporo
- Check in to Sapporo accommodation
- Leisure walk Sapporo area

Day 8
- Touristy places in Sapporo: Niko Market, Odori Park, Sapporo Clock Tower, Mt Moiwa, shopping

Day 9
- Day trip to Otaru

Day 10
- Free. Thinking of Snowmobile Land or day trip to Asahiyama zoo or Noboribetsu or just chill and shopping in Sapporo. Any advice?

Day 11
- Fly back New Chitose - Narita - Singapore.
- My Narita-Singapore flight is in the late afternoon. Have not bought the New Chitose-Narita ticket yet. Now a bit early and budget airlines haven't released the tickets yet. Appreciate some advice here. Are the budget airlines quite reliable, i.e. won't delay too much. Don't want to miss my flight back to SGP. How much time do i need here?

Thank you for your comments / advice.

Not too bad. Actually intent to come in to comment you are trying to achieve too many things within such a short time. But then, looking at how you plan it, it is quite OK as you did not try to put in too many things in 1 day.

You will definitely enjoy Onuma. A very nice place to enjoy walking around if it is not snowing too much and general temperature is around 4C

For your extra day, all options you listed are OK. Done 2 of them myself. Arashiyama zoo if you are there after 13 Dec, the penguin walk starts and should be quite nice.

Snow mobile land is enjoyable as well so if you are planning to go, they will send a bus to fetch you to the place... after that, there is a nice temple around that area (can't remember what is the name as we only passed by as they have 2 way transport for people from Sapporo town area.
