tokyo hotel recommendation

Hi all i have read that shinjuku and shibuya are quite good location for stay in tokyo.

anyone got any hotel to recommend please?

budget per night not over 180sgd.

JR Kyushu Blossom Shinjuku. I stayed in their brand of hotels in Kyushu.
Now they expanded into Tokyo, heard many great reviews

If you don't mind walking a little from JR Shinjuku station, there's Tokyu Stay Shinjuku. The rooms come with laundry machine and microwave.

Have you seen the capsule photos on the Internet? Please do, if you haven't. You can judge for yourself if there's enough room for 2 (there are some pods meant for couples in certain capsule hotels), whether if you and your SO are able to maneuver with the tiny space, whether are both of you comfortable in living in the same room (just a different pod) with other strangers.

For two pax? Might be tight.

I stayed in a single room at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku in end Feb. Cost me ¥15,500 per night including breakfast. Also depends on the season you're visiting. Breakfast was good. Quite convenient though not sheltered from the station. Always missed the turn and ended up at Sunroute Shinjuku and needed to walk back instead.

I would also recommend JR Kyushu Blossom, the one in Hakata was so nice.. Sunroute is good for the location but rather small.

not to mention its a new hotel so everything is nice and crisp and they have a great set menu breakfast
