Torn between SIT GSA & NTU ADM

After much deliberation, I still couldn't make my mind on a choice.

Would rly appreciate comments from you guys on which is a better choice to settle with~

Some of the factors that i took into considerations were:

SIT GSA
2 year course
more conceptual based learning
exchange to glasgow scotland
nearer to home

NTU ADM
4 year course
more hand-on/craft based
well-rounded curriculum
might need to stay in hostel

just FYI, m a dip holder from TP Visual Comm
I was hoping to join companies like SPH, mediacorp aft graduating.

If I were you, I'll pick SIT GSA over NTU ADM. You can spend the extra 2 years gaining work experience and improving your portfolio, which is more important. Also, which type of curriculum do you prefer? Conceptual or hands-on approach? Is it not possible for you to gain direct entry to 2nd year of ADM so that you only study for 3 years?

Reasons like housing shouldn't be much of an issue, except for money. Theoretically, since GSA is nearer to your home, it should be easier for you to bring art materials around (especially those A2/A1 folios or if you have to do traditional work). Also, you get to reach home faster and spend more time on your work. But this can also be applied to NTU if you stay in the hostel.

In the end, these are just my 2 cents (since idk much about either schools aha). Just go for the one with the curriculum you think will suit you best.
