Toshiba 500Gb ext

My 2 years old Toshiba ext drive having problem. Got IO problem when connect via usb3. Able to work for a few weeks using usb2 connection but now couldn't work at all. Went to Toshiba website to check for the service centre & check the warranty status but got no results. Whenever any of my hdds failed I can check the warranty status be it WD, Hitachi or Seagate but not Toshiba.
Anyone knows where to send it to?
