No. Edmwers logic is that all agents are bad and all should not be supported.

Looks like a ploy to advertise their service. Thanks to edmwers, now many edmwers knew of them. Guess that's Patrick's purpose.

I thought the agents say these fixed fee selling will not yield best outcome for the client, cos the agent will try to sell as fast as possible, so price might be lower.

hence my conclusion is both methods got its own pros and cons. Just see who can do a better job lor, since the 2% agent so confident, then why complain?

From his TikTok tiagong their business picking up, now got 90 listings at one go.

confirm some agent red eye say they price war steal business la

so I guess for all the value that 2% agent claim they give, end of day amounts to nothing as simple $1,999 agent also can transact the unit
