TP Eagle and Marigold Global Markets Corporation (MGMC) are not licensed or authorised by MAS to provide financial services in Singapore.

Regardless of whether an entity is regulated by MAS or any other agency, it is an offence to operate a fraudulent or deceptive business in Singapore.
